Update – With Friends Like These

A few days ago I posted a number of comments by Obama’s “friends that were less than complimentary.  At the end I purposefully left off the thousands and thousands of gaffes by his running mate and the guy next in line to the presidency, Joe Biden.  I shouldn’t be surprised that even Joe couldn’t find a way to force me to use him in the post.  IT IS EXTREMELY SCARY THAT THIS LOOSE-TONGUED IDIOT IS THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.  He is like an overdone SNL skit though all SNL skits are almost always overdone.  I have to grudgingly admit that the new teeth and hair look better than the old Joe.  You can put new hair and teeth on a pig, but it is still Joe Biden.

With Friends Like These

Daniel Powter sang about having a bad day, but Obama’s next career, besides criticizing President Romney and organizing things, may be as a singer.  His one hit may be titled With Friends Like These.  Without further ado…

Washington Post and Richard Cohen had this article:

The president who seems not to care

In their defense they did use the word “seems” in this article, but it was rather blunt for a liberal newspaper;

With Friends Like These…

As someone who sits more in the middle (I don’t buy the “right” label anymore) I cannot help but chuckle as President Obama’s leftist friends start to treat him with the same level of respect as they used for President Bush. They have held their tongues for over two years, but as Obama faces the tough path of being elected versus running for office, some of his actions are leaving his “friends” unable to hold their tongues. It would be more humorous if the issues weren’t more serious and perhaps with the future of our country at stake.
